Most Comfort Kits are purchased on a pre-order basis, meaning payment is made before the kits are assembled and delivered.

For this reason, we offer a full money-back guarantee for all pre-purchased Comfort Kits.

Customers may request a full refund at any time before the Comfort Kit has been delivered, with no questions asked. Once distribution of the Comfort Kits begins and the kit has been delivered, refunds can no longer be issued.

Refund requests can be made by contacting us through our website or social media channels. Once a request is received, we will process the refund as promptly as possible using the original payment method where possible.
